Please take a moment to adjust your monitor... Don't worry. It's as simple as adjusting the brightness and contrast on your television. Making these adjustments will better enable you to view this site as it was meant to be seen. Note: Your monitor should have been turned on for at least 1/2 hour before calibration so that it can stabilize. The Easy Steps . . . 1) Darken the room as much as possible - near total darkness is best. 3) Adjust your screen contrast to 100% (the highest contrast possible). 4) Scroll down to the 24-Step Grayscale below. 5) Adjust the screen brightness control (not the contrast control) according to the instructions below the target. | - Adjust monitor brightness until tones 23 & 24 are barely distinguishable from each other. - There should be obvious separation between all other tones. Note: If you see color in the grayscale above, your color setting is probably inappropriate. Go here for more. |
