Extremely inquisitive, this fast and powerful swimmer frequently appears near boats to ride bow and stern wakes. They also appear to enjoy breaching and even spinning in midair, landing on their side or belly. Adults are 6 to 8 feet in length and weigh 180 to 330 pounds.
